3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must promptly update your account information if it changes
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without permission
3.2 Account Types

- Corporate Users: Organizations seeking HR solutions and services
- Vendor Accounts: Software providers and service vendors
- Expert Consultants: Verified professionals offering consultation services
3.3 Account Verification
- Email verification required for all accounts
- Professional verification may be required for certain features
- Business verification required for vendor and corporate accounts
- Additional documentation may be requested for compliance purposes
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses

- Legitimate business purposes related to HR and workplace management
- Educational and research activities
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Activities
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Spam users, harvest user information, or engage in unsolicited marketing
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior
- Share confidential or proprietary information without authorization
4.3 Content Standards
- All content must be relevant to HR and workplace topics
- Content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
- Professional language and tone required
- Respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- No promotional or commercial content without permission
4.4 Social Media and Campaign Participation
- Participation in social media campaigns must comply with platform rules
- No creation of fake accounts or artificial engagement
- Honest disclosure of relationships and sponsorships
- Compliance with social media platform terms of service
- Respectful engagement with other participants
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Platform Ownership
- The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HRTechfy
- Protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws
- All trademarks, service marks, and logos are proprietary to HRTechfy
- No license or right is granted to use our intellectual property without written permission
5.2 User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and post on the platform
- You grant HRTechfy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights
5.3 Third-Party Content
- Third-party content is the responsibility of the respective owners
- We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content
- Report any suspected intellectual property violations to us immediately
6. Payment Terms and Billing
6.1 Fees and Charges
- Certain services may require payment of fees
- All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
6.2 Payment Processing
- Payments processed through secure third-party payment processors
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- All applicable taxes are your responsibility
6.3 Subscriptions
- Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle

- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content

- Users are responsible for verifying information before making decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

- HRTechfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability
- Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

- We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- This includes natural disasters, government actions, network failures, and other force majeure events
- We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions
10. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold HRTechfy harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform
- This includes claims related to your content, violations of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights
- You will cooperate with us in defending any such claims
- We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by User
- You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination
- Some provisions of these terms survive termination
11.2 Termination by HRTechfy
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- We may terminate accounts with or without cause upon reasonable notice
- Immediate termination may occur for serious violations or legal requirements
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
- We encourage informal resolution of disputes through direct communication

- We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably
12.2 Formal Dispute Resolution
- Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
- Arbitration proceedings will be held in Hyderabad, Telangana
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
- Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana
- You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
14. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account
