1. General Refund Policy

HRTechfy is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy varies based on the type of service purchased.

2. Consultation Services

  • Cancellation Window: Consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice
  • Service Quality: If unsatisfied with consultation quality, contact us within 48 hours for review

3. Events and Workshops

IMPORTANT: NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All event registrations, workshops, webinars, and training sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. This includes but not limited to:

  • Personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts
  • Technical difficulties on the attendee's end
  • Change of mind or business priorities
  • Force majeure events
  • Event postponement or rescheduling

By registering for any event, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

4. Marketplace Transactions

  • Refunds for software purchases are subject to the individual vendor's refund policy
  • HRTechfy acts as a facilitator and will assist in dispute resolution
  • Platform fees are non-refundable once services are rendered

5. Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no refund for the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Premium features and add-ons are non-refundable once accessed

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support portal
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Administrative fees may apply for certain refund types
